ML Photography has a strict NO REFUND POLICY. Once purchase and transaction is made (i.e. buyer purchases print and receives pring), no returns and refunds will be accepted upon arrival of prints. 

If a mistake was made at checkout, contact ML Photograhy immediately before process of printing begins. This can only be reversed upon purchase of prints and NOT digital copies.

ML Photography will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Processing time is within 3-6 days depending on size of prints. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
